10.1. Custom Settings

The following fields in the Project Settings dialog can be made into dynamic fields, and will appear in the Custom Settings group of controls:

Target Tab:

• FTP hostname
• FTP username
• FTP password
• FTP Remote folder

Restrictions Tab:

• Domain name
• IP address
• MAC address
• Expiry date
• Expiry period

Environment Tab:

• Variable values

Combined with variable expansion, specifying environment variables as dynamic fields can be particularly powerful. For example, an environment variable OrderNumber with value ?="Order Number" might be created, and the text {ordernumber} included as part of custom header text would then expand to the value entered in the custom Order Number field before encoding.
