New Helpdesk

Back in Q4 2011 we started a project to switch to a superior Helpdesk system, and we're pleased to finally switch over so that we can serve everyone better. There's a much better interface, multiple departments, logins that work with any existing ionCube account details, and a knowledge base that we've already filled with articles to help answer questions upfront that we'll be actively refining as time goes on. If there are any glitches then let us know and we'll get them resolved.
